Comproloid 1700W/mk ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite new composite material

Not just heat countermeasures and heat management, but a new composite material with ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite! We will send sample materials to those who are interested!

< 23rd Small and Medium Enterprises Excellent New Technology and New Product Award "Excellence Award" Winning Product > The CompoLloid series is a new composite material for thermal management and thermal countermeasures, developed by ThermoGraphitics (TGC), which utilizes ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite with a thermal conductivity of 1700 W/mk as its core substrate. CompoLloid products include those that bond metal or ceramic to graphite plates (either sandwiching the graphite or bonding it on one side) and those that metallize graphite plates for a plated finish. By leveraging the properties of the composite counterpart materials, it is possible to significantly enhance thermal conductivity. In terms of thermal countermeasures and management, it demonstrates tremendous effectiveness in "heat dissipation, heat diffusion, temperature rise, temperature uniformity, cooling, heat collection, and cooling." Furthermore, it can provide added value such as miniaturization, weight reduction, operational stability, performance improvement, longevity, design appeal, and eco-friendliness to customers' products, thereby enhancing differentiation and competitive advantage, making it a total cost solution product. Since its launch, CompoLloid has achieved prototype results for over 150 customers, particularly receiving support and attention from clients in the automotive, aerospace, medical device, and computer industries, with full-scale mass production scheduled to begin in March 2012.

Composite material with paper powder: "Burnable Plastic"

A product designed with the future environment in mind! A new material made from paper, replacing plastic.

"Burnable plastic" is a composite material primarily made from paper powder. By applying the processing technology of Sanko Electric Manufacturing, it can be molded and colored into various shapes, and due to its resistance to heat and water, it can be reused like plastic. It can be disposed of as "combustible waste," making it easy to handle. This is an environmentally friendly new material that replaces plastic. 【Features】 - Contains more than 51% recycled material from used paper - Heat-resistant and can be used in microwaves (up to 500W: maximum 130°) - Reusable like regular plastic - Can be disposed of as combustible waste (paper waste) at the time of disposal (biomass mark can be displayed) - No dioxins or harmful gases are generated during incineration, allowing for significant CO2 reduction For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
